Where is Karsi registered?
Karsi is a U.S.-registered business based in the State of Nebraska. We are currently shipping to countries such as the U.S and Germany. More markets will be added soon.

Does Karsi have its own brand?
Not yet. We currently work with carefully selected suppliers to offer products inspired by cultures, traditions, and celebrations from around the world.

As Karsi grows, we plan to develop our own branded products in partnership with manufacturers and artisans to create items that better represent culture, identity, and community. We're excited for what's ahead—stay tuned!

What is your return policy?

Are there any purchases for final sale?
Some products may be marked as Final Sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged and will be clearly identified before purchase.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped through our fulfillment partners. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery times vary from 7 to 20 days depending on the product and destination.

Where are your products made?
We partner with trusted third-party suppliers and manufacturers located in different parts of the world. Product origin varies by item.

As Karsi grows, we plan to expand our own product line and work directly with manufacturers to offer exclusive Karsi products.

How much does shipping cost?
Our standard shipping cost is $4.99. We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $30, in addition to a 10% discount on orders over $50. If you need express shipping in 1-3 days, please contact us upfront. 

Does Karsi have a mobile app?
Not yet—but it's part of our long-term vision. We're exploring ways to make shopping and discovering cultures even easier through a future Karsi mobile app.
